Fantastic service. Sean and Tristan were so kind and helpful. They got my move done way faster than I would have thought possible and were careful with everything. Excellent experience with Absolute Moving and Storage! I booked my move with Jessica - she was excellent, very professional and gave me complete trust and peace of mind from the start. On moving day, Todd and Carus were amazing. They did two stops for me - first to pick up furniture from storage, then to my temporary house for 20 boxes, suitcases, and my electric bicycle. Everything was handled with great care. They assembled my electric adjustable bed and dining table and placed all furniture exactly where I wanted. Special thanks to Carus for his extra patience helping me position the beds just right. Highly recommend this company - from booking to delivery, everything was done great! Daniel, Sean & Tristan made our move a great experience! They happily moved many items that were not even on our list 😊. Or maybe our daughter bringing donuts helped! lol. They were very courteous & prompt. Jessica would reply very quickly to any inquiries we had.

We just used Absolute this past weekend for our move, and I must admit I’m glad we didn’t go for the cheapest quote. Our guys (Killian and Conner) showed up on time, got right to work and provided some good laughs throughout the day! Their job isn’t easy or graceful, but they did it without complaint and efficiently. No damage, a lesson on china cabinets, and the news of my couch not fitting down the stairs wasn’t even so bad because of these two! Highly recommend Absolute for your moving needs! Absolute Movers helped my parents move into their new condo yesterday. They got everything safely loaded into their building despite the complexity of navigating a 30+ foot truck in an inner city alley for the load out. Absolute worked with us to load the stuff into the condo in an organized and efficient manner so they could clear the alley asap. All of the movers & support staff who helped us out were friendly and they took care with my parents stuff. Honestly, a really great experience. The guys were so fun, friendly, and professional! They moved me and ALL my crap from Calgary to Edmonton. It was easily a 15 hour day for them, but they did it all with a smile, jokes, and hard work. Look no further, this is the company to move you to your new home! Oh and my dog loved them.

This was the best move I have ever done. Matthew, Josh, Todd and Killian were Professional, Polite, Efficient and Entertaining (who doesn't need a good laugh these days). Got the job done while being mindful of property and the old gals. There is one no other company I would rather deal with, Absolute Moving and Storage is best. Nothing short of AMAZING. The booking process was a breeze. Whatever platform they use for quoting/booking/contracts is actually brilliant, so easy and intuitive. Tina & Jessica on the admin end were both super friendly and helpful with quoting and booking. Moving day was the real highlight, though… Ryan and David were incredible! I was insanely stressed about this move and they made everything effortless. What would have taken me & reluctant friends/family several trips, several arguments, and likely several tears was done in 3 hours with smiles on everyone’s faces. David & Ryan were gentle, thorough, careful, and so kind. They also had a very relaxed, zen energy that was super reassuring for a high-strung millennial like me. Either they genuinely love their jobs or they are amazing actors, because they honestly seemed like they were having a good time and loved working together (the hallway chit-chat I overheard was so pure & sincere). I had never used movers before (the aforementioned trips, arguments, tears are all from firsthand experience) and now I have been spoiled and will probably use Absolute for every move for the rest of my days. They came in way under what I was quoted and even complimented my packing & organization 💁‍♀️ (again, the validation every high-strung millennial needs!). Everything arrived in the condition it left my old place in, from a 6’x4’ unframed wall mirror (essentially a huge sheet of glass, don’t ask me why I own it, I don’t know) right down to a rogue box of 4 wine glasses (just in the box I bought them in, no extra padding!). The cherry on top was that they were both super stoked for me at my new place, giving recommendations for food/drinks/activities in the area. You literally could not ask for more from a moving company. Phenomenal. Infinite stars for David & Ryan and the Absolute team. Will recommend to everyone I know. Book with them—it’s worth it.

Great move! Jessica with sales made organizing the move easy even though we didn’t know what we were doing. She was very helpful and able to arrange the whole thing remotely including a drop off of moving supplies. Then David, Bobby, and the crew showed up on time and made quick work of loading and unloading even though it was a long move and we had lots of irregular items. And they were so quick, it ended up a fair bit under the estimate which was a bonus. Thanks!!

Todd, Tim and Omar were professional and more. They were punctual, friendly and accomadating. The fellows protected my hardwood flooring and covered my carpeting with moving blankets. The overrall team from front of house to the movers were great A job well done, with a good fair price.

We moved from BC to Okotoks AB. Max and the boys were so efficient, courteous and careful with our things. Everything had to be put in storage and then brought to our new home in Okotoks. Again the crew was great to work with. They worked hard to get our things out safely in their places even though at times we had them move the item to another location. The company did it a good job with answering my questions and all the follow-ups right to the moving day. Movers were on-time, professional and fast. They did a good job packing my furniture and getting my stuff out within the allotted window of time.

We have had all kinds of experiences with moving companies in our lives, but this experience was BY FAR the best. Teagan and Caiden packed up my octagenarian parents' home carefully (each box space was maximized, each carefully labelled, everything paper wrapped no plastic which we appreciated, all furniture blanket wrapped), steadily (they worked the whole day, took 5 minutes for a water break, which they informed us of), quietly (no loud music, speaking quietly to each other when necessary but otherwise totally focused on their work), and tidied up after themselves when they were done. They were kind to my parents, asked them about their packing preferences when the situation required a choice, patient when we asked them the impossible question of "how much longer". They were easy to communicate with during the trip from Alberta to BC, they showed up on time at the destination, and Teagan and Connor worked effiently to stack boxes and set up furniture as per our requests. When a discrepancy about the quote and the actual charge came up, Tina their manager was quick to get ahold of, and straightened it out without any issues. It was the IDEAL move for older people, we couldn't have hoped for better. Thanks Absolute!

Absolute Movers moved my senior parents from Lacombe to Vancouver. Teagan, Caden handled the packing and moving with care, patience and speed and Tina oversaw it all and was always available for questions. A small issue on our final invoice was corrected immediately with no issue, and all in all great service start to finish!
